The Beaumont Board of Realtors has just released the March Housing Reports for Beaumont, Lumberton, Jefferson County and Orange County.  Take a look at the current trends in the Beaumont housing market.  

 I highlighted some key trends anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in Beaumont, Texas should know.

• 91.2% of homes that sold in March were sold for $399,999 or less
• The total number of closed sales was down 30.3% from March 2022
• Days on the market was 62.  23 more days than 2022.
