March is almost over.  We are headed into the busiest months of the year for home sales in Southeast Texas.  Typically, May, June and July are the months with more home sales than any other.  We see it year after year in Beaumont, Lumberton, and most Southeast Texas residential markets.

Important Trend to Watch

• The number of homes for sale (active listings) is going up significantly.
• Which also means the months supply of inventory is going up.

This trend could change this spring as sales pick up.  If you are planning to sell a home in Hardin, Jefferson or Orange County this spring or summer, let's discuss your goals.
