One of the fastest selling housing markets in all of Southeast Texas has been Lumberton.   A desirable city just N of Beaumont is known for its good public schools, newly built neighborhoods, nice parks and recreation has seen double digit home price appreciation for the last couple of years.  In December, the sales paced slowed.

1. 33% of the sale were between $400,000-$749,999
2. The number of listings showed an increase from the same time last year. 
3. The median price of a home in Lumberton, Texas was $343,700 in December 2022.
