Thinking of Selling a home in Beaumont, Lumberton or any part of Southeast Texas?  It's important to know the right price!  Price your home too low and you leave money on the table. Price it too high and it is likely to stay on the market longer, get less activity and then probably lead to reduced offers and a price reduction.

Strategic pricing

is the method I use to find the best price range to list and sell a home.  A lot of factors go in to the strategic pricing model. The value of similar homes is critical.  That information is found in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) only agents who belong to the MLS have access to the information.  The condition of your home is key.  Current buyer demand is also important.  There's no simple way to find the strategic price.  As a top Beaumont listing agent, I typically spend a few hours working on the pricing of a home before I meet with a potential client who wishes to sell their home.  Take a look below.

The real estate market in Southeast Texas is changing.  That's not a bad thing.  But it is important to know how those changes will affect your home sale process.
