Each property I list has two videos filmed.  A short quick 30 second highlight video and a longer up to 2 minute full feature tour of the home.

The full feature video gives a more in depth look for buyers who might not be able to be in town to see the home in person.  It is also useful to send to buyers who inquire about the home and want more information that the quick video provides.
