Virtual tours have gone high tech.  Marketing a home online is the most important thing your Realtor can do to reach the maximum number of potential buyers.  Reaching the maximum number of potential buyers is how a home sells quickly and for the best price.  

It takes more than pretty pictures.  If your home only shows still photographs online you are missing a key piece of the puzzle.  What's your opinion do you think the new interactive tours are more likely to get a buyer interested in your home from their computer screen?
