Brentwood Country Club has been voted best golf course in Southeast Texas for a number of years.  If you want to live on a golf course, this is one of the best spots around. 

The golf course is surrounded by an assortment of homes that will meet the needs of just about any avid golfer.  Or anyone else who just likes living in a pretty neighborhood with beautiful green space and country club amenities.  Prices range from the high 100’s up to 600+.  Some homes are more than ten years old others are brand new. 

Okay, now take your best guess.  Is the market currently favoring buyers or sellers?

If you guessed sellers you win.  If you guess buyers you weren’t off by much.  With 7.1 months supply of inventory currently on the market it is about as close to a neutral playing field as you will find.

Right now there are thirteen homes on the market. *Listed in the Beaumont MLS.  The most affordable is located on Augusta.  It is for sale for $197,500.  The most expensive is a five bedroom, 4.5 bath for $409,900.  Its located on Champions.
