  • Choosing a Seller’s Agent, Beaumont, Texas

The May housing report has just been released by the Beaumont Board of Realtors.  It is packed with helpful information for anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home in Southeast Texas.  This video short is all about Beaumont home sales in May.

It can be a lot of information to process.  Especially if you aren't used to looking at real estate statistics.  That's where I can help!  As a local professional Realtor with over fifteen years of experience, I look at this data all the time to help my clients make smart decisions about buying or selling homes.  One of the key takeaways in this video is that it is currently taking 96 days on average for a home to close from the time it is listed.  So think of it this way: list your house in the next two weeks end of June or Early July if you want to move by early Fall.  Yes, you read that right.  It's not too late if you want to sell this summer but you definitely want to move forward soon.  Let me know if I can help you get started.

    Sincerely,

Selling a home is Southeast Texas. Pricing is an important part of the equation. Sometimes the initial asking price doesn’t bring enough attention. When a home isn’t getting showings the usually means the buyers in the market think the price is too high. A small adjustment can be the trick to get your home sold.
